Who is Mr. Isaac Sofy?

Isaac Sofy is an enthusiastic and accomplished mathematics instructor with over 20 years of experience teaching AP® Statistics, AP® Calculus AB, Pre-Calculus, Geometry, Algebra, and more in both public and independent schools. His innovative teaching methods and passion for education have resulted in remarkable achievements, including 100% pass rates for many years in AP® courses and exceptional student engagement. Mr. Sofy thrives on inspiring students through creative lesson plans, real-world applications, and the integration of cutting-edge technology, such as Desmos, GeoGebra, and statistical software. He has a proven ability to develop rigorous curricula, lead competitive mathematics teams to national victories, and consistently elevate the learning experience for his students.  

Beyond the classroom, Mr. Sofy is a dynamic leader in student activities, coordinating over 50 clubs, community service projects, and internship programs. As a coach for Mu Alpha Theta and other teams, he has placed his school as the top private institution in national math competitions for nine consecutive years. His technical expertise and commitment to excellence extend to training colleagues, designing databases, and presenting statistical analyses at professional conferences.
