In Session 1, we’ll build a strong physics foundation by covering scalars, vectors, displacement, velocity, acceleration, and motion in one and two dimensions, including reference frames and relative motion. We’ll then focus on forces and Newton’s Laws, using free-body diagrams to analyze gravitational force, friction, spring forces, and circular motion.

In Session 2, we’ll dive into the fundamental concepts of energy and momentum, including kinetic energy, work, and potential energy. We'll also cover the conservation of energy and momentum, exploring how impulse affects motion and the differences between elastic and inelastic collisions.
